Failte is a small, privately run bed and breakfast establishment offering modern, comfortable and relaxed accommodation situated approximately 1 mile (an easy 15 minute walk) from St Andrews’ historic town centre with all its amenities. Private parking is guaranteed for all guests and we are on a regular bus route, situated directly opposite a local bus stop.
Accommodation is offered in either king-sized double bedroom with en suite shower room or twin bedroom with private bath/shower room. Rooms have central heating, tea/coffee making facilities with a large selection of fruit and herbal teas, flat screen televisions with freeview channels, alarm clock and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests have full access to our very comfortable lounge/dining room complete with large screen Sky television and relaxing tropical fish tank.
At Failte, we operate a non smoking policy. We offer a full Scottish or Continental breakfast with a large selection of cold meats, cheeses, preserves, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh brewed coffee and tea.
